It’s been about two years since Ga-Masemola resident in Apel fourways cross, that they’ve been reporting of a serial rapist living amongst them and the police have not taken any action with keeping the monster out of the community.
If you are a regular listener of Mascom fm, you might remember that the story was covered earlier this year alerting the community, April 2023. But those who are new to the story here is a brief overview:
In the 1st of April 2023, Thatego Rapolai (33) a resident in the community took to social media ( Facebook) On the outrageous experience her grandmother (83) was raped on her way back from receiving her pension money by a local serial killer rapist, Moswane (35).
He has been targeting school kids and the elderly after school and after pension funds days, in broad daylight and has the residents feeling uneasy even during the day.
After countless reports at the police have been made with no change, therefore the residents of Apel fourways cross took matters into their own hands and beat the culprit to death in a mob justice (01 November 2033).
Despite all the reports the police are currently investigating the people who were in the mob justice, but residents refuse to snitch on each other as they now feel safer.
